Erin Culek, Senior Managing Director, oversees Business Strategy & Management for Nuveen Advisory Services, Nuveen’s global client organization including product, marketing, distribution and solutions. In this role, Erin collaborates across Nuveen to lead business strategy development, execute cross-cutting strategic initiatives, and drive management processes.
Prior to Nuveen, Erin spent five years at AXA US where she held several roles and was most recently the head of the Strategic Initiatives Group. Erin also worked at McKinsey & Company for five years in the New York and Houston offices where she served primarily financial services companies on strategy, marketing and operations topics
Erin holds a BS from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Laura Morrison is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Listings at Cboe Global Markets. In her role, Ms. Morrison oversees the company’s listings business, developing strategy for new launches and transfers as well as overseeing the market quality incentive programs in the US & Europe.
In addition, Ms. Morrison has oversight of ETF.com, the world's leading authority on exchange-traded funds. ETF.com is a fully-owned, editorially independent subsidiary of Cboe. An exchange industry veteran, Ms. Morrison joined Cboe from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) where she spent 20 years in leadership roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Global Index and Exchange Traded Products, leading the team which managed ETF listings and trading as well as the NYSE index business.
Ms. Morrison played a leading role in bringing new and innovative ETF products to market while launching key market quality programs and growing the NYSE’s ETF issuer base to record numbers. Previously at NYSE, Ms. Morrison held senior-level positions as Managing Director, Member Firm Sales, and Managing Director, NYSE Global Listings Group. She also worked at NYSE specialist unit, CMJ Partners L.P. after beginning her career at Barnett Bank in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Ms. Morrison proudly serves as a board member for the Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) Foundation Board and served on the board of Women in ETFs from 2015-2017. She also serves as a member of the Standard & Poor’s Index Committee. She holds a Series 7 license. In 2018, Cboe Global Markets earned the Best North American Exchange for Listings ETFs by etfexpress. In 2017, Laura was awarded the Fund Marketer of the Year at the Mutual Fund Awards recognized for her efforts to help ETF providers compete with more established offerings.

J.P. Morgan Chase
Yasmin Dahya, Executive Director, is the Head of Americas Investment Specialist team for the Beta Strategies Group at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, based in New York. In this role Yasmin works closely with client advisors to position our expanding suite of Beta Strategies solutions with clients, including strategic beta, alternative beta and market cap-weighted strategies. Prior to this role, Yasmin worked as part of the firm's ETF Product Development team where she focused on developing the overall ETF product strategy and launching new ETFs across all asset classes. Before joining JPMorgan Chase Yasmin received her MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to that, she spent three years at Goldman Sachs & Co. in Fixed Income, in both Interest Rate Sales and Macro Cross Asset Sales. In those roles, Yasmin provided specialist knowledge and sales coverage for Macro, Credit, and Equity Hedge Funds.
Chief People Officer
Kristina Martinez is the Chief People Officer at Citadel Securities.
During her 17-year tenure at the firm, Kristina built Citadel’s on-campus recruitment effort, led employee relations for all global locations, spent two years with Citadel’s European entity in London to lead the HR function for Citadel’s European and Asian operations, and built the team responsible for creating the HR strategy for the asset management and corporate functions. In February 2018 she transitioned to Citadel Securities as its Chief People Officer, responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy for over 600 employees across the globe.
Prior to joining Citadel, Kristina worked on the campus recruiting team for Scient, a global technology consulting firm.
Kristina is an active member of the Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago Architecture Foundation, Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, and Frank Lloyd Wright Trust, acting as a docent for the Trust’s annual Wright Plus Housewalk. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
