Jennifer Muzerall is a relationship manager in the bank, broker/dealer, insurance segment within the asset servicing division of BNY. Jennifer joined BNY in 2022 and has a total of 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining BNY she was a senior relationship manager at Brown Brothers Harriman where she covered global asset management clients. Prior to her roles as relationship manager, Jennifer ran the product development research practice at the consulting firm, Cerulli Associates. She has deep subject matter expertise on ETFs as specialized in helping asset manager clients launch ETF businesses. Jennifer earned her bachelor's degree from Bryant University and MBA from Suffolk University.

Lauren Jackson is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Investment Management practice. She has over 15 years of experience serving registered investment companies, ETFs, collective investment trusts, and hedge funds, and has served many of the firm’s largest investment management clients. Lauren has been a public speaker on ETFs and other accounting and financial reporting topics impacting the industry.  Lauren has authored several articles on ETFs including Deloitte’s Mutual Fund and Investment Advisors Digest on the SEC ETF Rule and The Three Paths to a Successful ETF Strategy.  Lauren is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Lauren also serves on the Board of Big Sister Association of Greater Boston.

Vivian Tung is a senior managing director - investment product specialist (ETF) at MFS Investment Management®. In her role, she is leading efforts within MFS’ global product group on the ETF initiative. She is also responsible for communicating investment policy, strategy and tactics, performing portfolio analysis and leading institutional product development. Vivian joined MFS in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for two years as global head of ETF and UIT services at Bank of New York Mellon. She also worked for eleven years as senior vice president of ETF product, three years as vice president of global securities lending amongst other roles at Brown Brothers Harriman. Vivian also served as Co-Chapter Head of Women in ETFs Boston from 2017 – 2022.
