Junior Achievement's mission to empower young people to own their economic success aligns well with Women in ETFs' (WE) mission, particularly in the areas of financial literacy and mentorship. WE is dedicated to advancing the careers of women in the ETF industry through education, networking, and mentorship. Both organizations emphasize the importance of financial education and the transformative power of mentorship, striving to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and succeed in the financial world. By volunteering with JA, members of WE can directly contribute to fostering the next generation of financially literate and economically empowered individuals.JA Finance Park
