Gary is the Managing Partner of PwC's Bay Area & Northwest practice, responsible for leading a team of more than 4,300 PwC professionals across San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento, Seattle and Portland offices. His focus is on driving market strategy, developing talent and ensuring our teams deliver a comprehensive client experience. Gary is a resident of San Francisco.
Most recently, Gary led PwC’s U.S. Asset & Wealth Management Sector. He has more than 30 years of experience serving clients in the Financial Services Sector with a specific focus on private banks, asset servicers, investment advisors, wealth managers and alternative investment managers. He has consulted extensively with clients on risk, finance, compliance and 0perational matters, and has advised boards of directors on oversight and governance. Gary has authored and contributed to many publications and has appeared frequently on PwC’s “7 Day Yield”.
Gary is a founding member of the Mt. Sinai Children’s Heart Fund, a member of the Binghamton University School of Management Advisory Board, and is a David Rockefeller Fellow of the Partnership for New York City.
Gary is a graduate of Binghamton University.
Ann is an Assurance partner, resident in the San Francisco office, in the Financial Services Asset Management practice. She has over 20 years experience specializing in the mutual fund industry, including ETFs. Her experience cuts across all aspects of the industry, including money management in investment advisors, and back office operations including custody, fund accounting, fund administration and transfer agency operations. Ann has extensive experience in the evaluation and reporting of internal control activities supporting investment management, transfer agency, and participant recordkeeping activities.
