Rebecca started her career as an investment banker
with J.P. Morgan where she worked for 12 years before moving to various senior roles in corporate development and investor relations within ASX-listed corporates for nearly 10 years. Rebecca joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 and has
worked across roles including COO Australia and Head of APAC for Morgan Stanley at Work, prior to becoming Co-Head of Wealth Management Australia in 2022.

Rebecca is passionate about attracting, developing and retaining female talent in the business. She helps drive the gender diversity strategy for Morgan Stanley Australia and mentors female employees across the firm.

similar themes such as celebrating success, busting myths and narratives, and how industry leaders have received new opportunities for visibility by changing their narrative. A cocktail reception will follow the panel in Morningstar’s
