For the ninth consecutive year, a global collaboration of exchanges around the world plan to hold bell ringing events to celebrate International Women’s Day 2023 (8 March 2023).

WE Milan and Borsa Italiana will ring the bell in celebration of International Women's Day on 8th March 2023. WE Milan is delighted to be co-hosting this event with Borsa Italiana and to have the opportunity to meet up again with our industry friends and colleagues in person.

Women in ETFs, ASX and the financial markets community invite you to join us to celebrate International Women’s Day, with a market open bell-ringing at ASX.

This event will commemorate the International Women’s Day celebration, with a bell ringing for Gender equality followed by a Q&A discussion with Rebecca Hill, Managing Director, Co-Head of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Australia.

Rebecca started her career as an investment banker with J.P. Morgan where she worked for 12 years before moving to various senior roles in corporate development and investor relations within ASX-listed corporates for nearly 10 years. Rebecca joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 and has worked across roles including COO Australia and Head of APAC for Morgan Stanley at Work, prior to becoming Co-Head of Wealth Management Australia in 2022.

As co-chair of Morgan Stanley’s Australia Diversity Council, Rebecca is passionate about attracting, developing and retaining female talent in the business. She helps drive the gender diversity strategy for Morgan Stanley Australia and mentors female employees across the firm.

Celebrate International Women’s Day and join us for a virtual panel that explores how dynamics, attitudes and demographics in the workplace are evolving.
These changes create new opportunities and challenges for women both now and in the future. The panel will address these shifts, how to find your place in an evolving workplace environment, and tips for best positioning yourself for success.

WE Dublin and Euronext Dublin will ring the bell in celebration of International Women's Day on 8th March 2023. This year's theme is "DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality". WE Dublin is delighted to be co-hosting this event with Euronext Dublin and to have the opportunity to meet up again with our industry friends and colleagues in person.

Following the bell ringing, we will enjoy drinks and canapés and host some informal discussions to consider how we can support gender balance and diversity in the workplace. Numbers are limited so please register as soon as possible. We will operate on a first come, first serve basis.

International Women’s Day is upon us. The Chicago Chapter of Women in ETFs (WE) is excited to bring you a co-branded event with Morningstar Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) featuring a unique cross-firm panel that celebrates the coming together of women and men in the financial ecosystem to achieve career success. Inspired by the writings of Dr. Grace Lordan and the novel she will speak to (titled “Think Big, Take Small Steps and Build the Future you Want”) at a concurrent session being hosted by Morningstar WIN in Europe, this panel will focus on small actions you can take to drive your career in the direction that you want. Financial industry leaders will share personal anecdotes crossing similar themes such as celebrating success, busting myths and narratives, and how industry leaders have received new opportunities for visibility by changing their narrative. A cocktail reception will follow the panel in Morningstar’s office.

Join the Women in ETFs for our closing ceremony at SIX Swiss Exchange. And solidarize with the global World Women Day movement for gender equality by ringing the exchange bell together.
