WE Talks are a series of short video productions by WE members for other WE members. As one key initiative under the WE Global Mentorship and Leadership Committee, the WE Talks program is intended to provide a forum for members to enlighten and inspire each other by sharing their professional growth experiences and challenges.

Each production will be dedicated to a specific topic, where multiple members will speak about their experiences on the same subject.  In particular, the video series will deliver inspiring messages devoted to several areas:

  1. The sharing of new and impactful ideas;
  2. The communication of a particular passion;
  3. Education on a topic where there is shared curiosity

In this inaugural series, four WE members will share their stories about various aspects of the following subject:

  • Personal journey from both mentors and mentees
  • Peer to peer mentorship
  • Mentorship and sponsorship - what’s the difference?
  • Unexpected rewarding experience as a mentor

Please join us to listen and to experience their personal journey on this subject. They will be available to answer your questions after viewing the videos during this webcast.
