GETTING STARTED 
STEP ONE: COMPLETE THE SPONSORSHIP ONBOARDING FORM 
The Women in ETFs website, now features an online community where Sponsors can have organizational accounts that can engage with our members and share content.  This account will also be used to post jobs on behalf of your organization.  Once submitted, your Sponsor Ambassador will set-up your account and provide you with login credentials.

Prior to completing the form, please take a moment to review how the different contact fields are used by the Women in ETFs Sponsorship team.
FIELD LABEL TYPES OF COMMUNICATION FIELD DESCRIPTION/NOTES CAN OPT OUT?
NAME & EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACCOUNT
  • General correspondence
  • Group correspondence
  • Auto expiration notice (7 days prior to end of term)
These three fields represent the name & email address of the person or persons managing the account. The email and name can correspond to a group account such as "marketing@myfirmname.com" or be associated with a specific person. YES
       
BILLING CONTACT EMAIL
  • Used by your Ambassador for sending invoices
You may input more than one email address, separate them with a semi-colon. NO
       
PRIMARY CONTACT NAME & EMAIL

ADDITIONAL CONTACT NAME & EMAIL
  • Used by your Ambassador for general communication regarding your sponsorship.
This is the person whom our sponsorship team should interact with on a regular basis as it pertains to events, speaking opportunities and general interest in sponsorship. NO
       
NOTES TO YOUR AMBASSADOR   Use this field to add additional contacts and other notes that are pertinent for your Sponsor Ambassador to know. NA
 
 
STEP TWO: REVIEW YOUR SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS 
Take a moment to review your Sponsor benefits. 
  1. Post & manage JOBS
  2. Maintain a PROFILE
  3. Post GLOBAL CONTENT to all members
  4. Post REGIONAL CONTENT to specific groups of members
  5. Create & post EVENTS
  6. Make GLOBAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
  7. Add a CUSTOM LINK to the online community's "QuickLinks" menu
  8. Maintain a BLOG
  9. Post PHOTOs & create photo albums
